This oil is so aromatic and it pairs so well with so many things!! I just finished making a dish with cabbage and onions using that olive oil with some pecorino cheese and it tastes absolutely amazing. Last week I barbecued steak and used the olive oil drizzled a little bit on the stake afterwards amazing flavor so versatile. Definitely going to be one of my faves
