A Perfect Recommendation - and a Very Redlands Experience

I picked up the Gremolata olive oil from Lot 22 Olive Oil on Zach’s recommendation to use it for chimichurri for our Christmas dinner, and it was absolutely perfect. Bright, balanced, and incredibly fresh, it elevated the entire dish. I’ve used plenty of their olive oils over the years, ones received as gifts, but this was my first time coming into the shop and asking for a specific recommendation. That guidance made all the difference. The experience felt thoughtful, welcoming, and genuinely personal -- very “Redlands” in the best way. The oil itself was outstanding, but the care and expertise behind the recommendation are what really stood out. I’ll absolutely be back.
