I ordered three oils and two balsamics and they are all excellent — perfect balance of smoky and sweet, richly infused with various herbs and fruits, and good enough to eat right out of the bottle.

So delicious! My small bottle is almost gone, I’ll need to purchase the larger bottle! I’ve used it in salads, roasted vegetable and with goat cheese on a baguette. It will becomes a staple.
