It's always great. I've never gotten anything that I didn't like from Meat Church. Only down side is I live too far from their store.........though that could be a good thing lol.

Delicious and really appreciate the recipes Matt offers in the YouTube channel. We've had success with beef plate ribs, beef back ribs, baby backs, St Louis ribs, rib roast, chicken wings, and more. The Ocho is a great value!

I would have liked some guidance on a good mixer for the infections. It didn’t look or smell very good. So I would have have just liked some instructions.
