The main beam part for our bike rack is installed and works identically to the original. It is much beefier so should work well.

Great product support

Our rack failed during our road trip from Gig Harbor to Anacortes. Rack is installed on the back of the RV. Luckily we did not loose the bikes. Called HR and they were very accommodating. They send me a new main beam frame and support bracket. Their Product Support is extraordinary.

Great Replacement Parts

Needed to replace parts on my bike rack, due to damage from something backing into it. It was easy to pick out what parts I needed on line.
