Low Fat Digestive Care with Chicken

I am writing this review after using this product for over a year for my beloved 15-year-old Schnauzer, who has diabetes, kidney disease, and a history of pancreatitis, using the low-fat chicken recipe prescribed by my local veterinarian. Every month, the box arrived in poor condition with clear signs of neglect. On average, in an order of 26 pouches, at least 6 to 8 came damaged and unsealed, with cuts or damaged corners; the broken packages were usually leaking. 1 out of every 3 deliveries arrived with at least half of the packages completely thawed, with no dry ice remaining in the box and poor insulation. I am leaving this review after contacting the company multiple times about this issue, sending photo and video evidence via email since March 2026. After reporting this issue 4 months in a row, the company simply replied that they would stop fulfilling my orders since they do not meet my expectations. These aren't just my expectations, they are standard food safety regulations.
