I decided it was time to upgrade my sharpening steel to meet thee standards my fine Wasabi Knife collection. I have been impressed by the quality and value of the Wasabi knives I thought I'd save my self shopping and research time by going with a trusted brand. This Sharpening Steel by Wasabi did not disappoint. It is a solid tool with a nice heft to it that makes it feel like a quality build. And the rosewood handle! I didn't realize how elegant this tool would look. This is the first diamond sharpening steel I've owned. I like to touch up my knives after they've been used before I put them away. This steel makes quick work of that for sure.

This sharpening rod is amazing. Great handle and great action. Keeps my blades always ready.
