Lime Hard Seltzer Recipe Kit

Tasty but very slow to fizz

After 2 weeks in the bottle the hard seltzer is flat. Last time I made seltzer I had to add yeast to every bottle about 3 months after bottling - this worked. This time the brewmaster suggested adding some yeast at bottling, I added about a half package at bottling, Hopefully it will get better since it has nice taste and this time is very clear.

two things.. Very slow fermentation, and watch how much lime additive you use. It tasted ok, AND WAS SIMPLE TO MAKE. just made a batch to have around for friends who don't like beer.
