I got this kit because I was curious about how to make hard seltzer. I used Super-Kleer to drop the yeast out and clear it more quickly. The process is as simple as it gets and the resulting product is decent enough. I frankly can't believe how popular hard seltzer is, given it is little more than flavored boozy water. I used most of the lime concentrate as I wanted the flavor to be intense. If you're going to make this, get the 5 gallon kit to make the cost worthwhile.
