The products are great. My only concern was with the instruction sheet. I showed day 1 Begin Ashwagandha and Better Gut Prebiotic fiber Plus. Day 7 Add L-Glutamine and gut Soothe and Glow. Day 14 Add Supercharged Turmeric. The directions were very clear, but nowhere does it say anything about Premium Fulvic Minerals. I asked your great support team and got the directions that were written on the bottle. ? is when do you start? Day1,7,14 or at any time along this recommended timeline? You invest so much time, energy and passion into your products and I'm sure all your users can see and feel that. I know I do and it is greatly appreciated. It also ensures that you are well hydrated. The products are all 5 star. I was the instruction sheet that cost it the fifth star. It should only be 1/2 Star.
