Fresh and Flavorful Grouper

The Caribbean Grouper Steak was high quality and tasted very fresh. The texture was firm but tender once cooked, and it held up well on the grill. The flavor was mild yet rich, making it versatile for different seasonings and cooking styles. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the portion size was slightly smaller than expected, but overall, it was an excellent product that I would purchase again.

Super delicious, but arrived thawed

I live in Alabama—only a state away from Meat & Bone, and the fish arrived THAWED so I was forced to make it immediately. I receive fish shipments from Alaska on the regular and they arrive frozen solid with dry ice. This grouper did come in a styrofoam cooler but with only a couple cold packs, no dry ice. I was grateful for the fish, it was still nice and cold to the touch and so I made it, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this vendor if you live far away; the fish was not packed nearly well enough. Maybe my order was a one-off, who knows? The fish, however, was exquisite. If you live in the area, their grouper is incredible.
