The green chile olive oil is perfectly tuned to deliver the right amount of flavor without overwhelming the senses. We utilized the green chile oil in a linguine and sausage dish. Absolute perfection.

So far we used it to bake chicken for green chili enchiladas. Turned out amazing. I think it’s going to be the “secret” ingredient for our enchiladas from now on!

We are big fans of many of the oils and balsamics and the green chili olive oil is a new must have favorite for us. It's spice level is a perfect balance. It's amazing on roasted veggies and chicken with Tex-Mex inspired flavors. This will definitely be a new pantry staple.
