As someone who is reluctantly starting a gluten free journey, being able to turn our family’s weekly fajita night into a salad version for me as been made possible with the help of this delicious oil. It adds the right up level to what was my boring salad base. It is the perfect harmony with the other ingredients, where other dressings overshadow.

Light cilantro flavor. Tasty with recipes that require lime. I also love the Tuscan Herb Olive oil. Wanted to try something different and I was not disappointed.
