Great Belt with Some Improvements Noted.

Pros: great belt, all cotton, and Velcro is reasonable force to remove. Cons: sizes should overlap, I purchased a size large, and am at the bottom (minimum), so that the belt is not as tight as I'd like. However, the smaller size would be too tight. With some overlap (even at a higher cost) the sizing would be perfect with normal changes in weight, size, etc.
