Works pretty well. I probably should have purchased the large to make it a little more snug fitting instead of the xl. I can tolerate standing longer with it on. My surgery is in a couple months so I needed support now.

It works really well! The only thing that needs a little help is the white pads themselves start to compress and then they want to slip upwards out of the pocket.. maybe a better velcro costing strip??

This is without a doubt the BEST belt I have ever used, I highly recommended, it is easy to put on, comfortable, and it feels very secure when it is on. I felt the price was very good for this quality and performance, thank you, MR.V.
