Comfort Truss Extra Thickness Pads

Really like the extra thick pads. I ordered the 1/2" , will order the 3/8 " next. I want to have both for whatever the need is. Great product ! From bicycling to weight lifting, Comfort-Truss is a must have for me. I'm a young 72 year old, my inguinal hernia is mild, and I'm gonna keep it that way with Comfort-Truss.

Nice construction and fabrics, but it doesn’t fit. They say the XL fits a size 44. It doesn’t.

I wear a size 44 pants, ordered an XL truss, which is the largest they offer. I followed the instructions to a “T” but I can only overlap the Velcro about 2 1/2” and the leg strap is too short to pass it through the slot and connect the Velcro back onto the leg strap. It has to be put through the slot and connect it to the main belt.

When doing more, wear this.

I usually wear the 1/4” pad the truss comes with. But I find if I’m going to be active - yard work, washing car, walking for extended periods, the 3/8” pad helps and provides a little psychological comfort, too.
