Poor communication

Waited two weeks for shipping confirmation and when never received I made contact, then was informed one item out of my order was out of stock and would get notified when it was in stock then it would ship. Told them to cancel single item and ship the rest, didn’t understand why that couldn’t be done and then requested to cancel entire order and waited for a refund. All in all it took a whole month to get my money returned. Bad experience

Decent

While not living up to the claims in the advertisements about 2.5”change. The overall effect seems to be a calmness and general improvement.

Worst

This is the third time I tried ordering with Mars that led to confusion. I will not attempt to order again. Misti’s bad customer service
