Take the time to learn self compassion so you can be compassionate for others
Good, difficult class. One looks at ways to give yourself compassion, and inevitably do something to demonstrate why one doesn't deserve it, and get past it to see that yes, self-compassion is ok! It is not self-centeredness or self-pity. Do it, learn and be compassionate. It will help with the end of the world.
