Works like it is supposed to.

This motion detector works like it is supposed to work. It detects motion, and doesn’t detect motion when it’s not supposed to. The best thing is the pet immunity. It is not overly sensitive like the original motion detector the original alarm system company installed.

This is an update to a previous review that I could not figure out how to update.

When I installed this detector I tested it without the cover on the front so I could adjust the pet sensitivity if needed. It turns out that this sensor does not work properly unless the front cover is installed. No where could I find reference to this in the directions or on the internet. Once the front cover was installed it appears to be working great now. Hopefully your tech support will see this so they can add it to their problem resolution tips.
