First, AmeriDroid is great. Ordered over July 4th weekend, received a few days later. Live in a townhouse/condo or apartment get this. The HA Green fits my situation and needs extremely well for a reasonable price. I was a network engineer so have experience with VMs, etc. I had been running HA on an old NAS running Proxmox, which worked great, but it was only 2 cores and was sometimes sluggish. If I wasn't in a townhouse and running (mostly) basic home automation I would have purchased a more powerful unit. This works great with no overkill.

HA Green Refurbished

I wanted to upgrade my HA from an older PI. I found AmeriDroid selling a refurbished Green for a great price. I signed up as a new customer and also received a discount. The price was too good to refuse so I bought it. It arrived quickly, it looked new and I couldn't tell it was refurbished. I powered it up, migrated by HA from my old pi and haven't looked back. Thank you AmeriDroid!

Big upgrade over VeraPlus!

This HA Green "refurb" appears completely new. I have used various models of Vera/Ezlo over 15 years until they sent a blackmail threat announcing I had to pay them $7.50/month, a year in advance. I replaced the VeraPlus with a Home Automation Green over a week's spare time. It works much better than VeraPlus and has no monthly fee. The HA server needs a USB-based Z-wave stick and I bought the Aeotec Z-wave stick 10, which works fine and connected to a couple dozen z-wave door locks, switches, and lights. Go with the HACS and Keymaster addons if you use zwave locks in HA. Shipping was fast and on-time. My advice is to dump Ezlo/Vera and convert to Home Assistant Green.
