Great Sachimi Knife

I have to cut a lot of sashimi every day and this is a wonderful knife for such a project. The team at JNI was fantastic at helping me make the best selection. I flew in from Hawaii and I had a limited amount of time before I had to return to the airport. I was able to make a great selection and I’m so happy with the quality of this knife how well it feels in my hand and how easy it is to sharpen 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

Great knife even better customer service

What a great knife I had bought the Geshin stainless Sujihiki for my mom and was impressed with its level of fit and finish but wow the Ginga version is so much nicer. The blade is stupidly sharp and the geometry is perfect, the knife is so thin it glides through the food no problem. Definitely the perfect slicing knife and John is so great to work with no regrets can’t wait for my next purchase.
