Made my 1st veal chop on Monday and finished eating it yesterday made a mushroom veal deglaze sauce with it and it was the best ever so juicy and more tender than a filet mignon. I will order again!!

Shipping is way too expensive. I will no longer order things from you guys. You have an excellent product, but I’m just gonna go to my butcher from now on.

The best veal rib chop in memory~

The veal rib chop recently received from Kolikov was grilled to perfection (medium rare) on Memorial Day, 2026. Buttery, rich, full flavor and allowed to rest before eating, it could not have been more flavorful or tender. I would not hesitate to recommend this source for veal to anyone!
