My mistake, but good service.

I purchased the earpads and they arrived the next day! Unfortunately, I had chosen the wrong earpads for my model headphones so I sent an email. I got a quick response with clear instructions on how to send them back, and get a refund. So I can't really comment on the quality of the earpads but the customer service was excellent- assuming I get my refund soon, I shall be placing another order, this time for the correct earpads. Thanks!

New life for my M20X set.

I hadn't changed my ear pads since I bought my M20X 13 years ago; over the years of use I never noticed the the pads slowly hardening and compressing. I purchased these after the inner ear pads starting rubbing on my ear and now my headphones are so comfortable I wish I could wear them everywhere.
