Perfect for winter

I am such a bare foot gal all summer . . . Then when the snow hits and I can't connect with the earth I start to feel it. This mat helps me relax and sleep better too.

Good stuff

Purchased a Red Light unit and a couple grounding mats, they can't replace the natural sunlight or being out in nature grounding but, they help give some benefit when in doors away from nature. The Red Light unit is heavy and feels like a good quality product, didn't realize how bright 😎 it would be until I tried it for the first time.
