This little baby is the truth. Used it before and during my marathon. Zero blisters or cuts, compared to the many other racers whose feet were destroyed. This little stick lasted me for hours. I've used A&D ointment in the past for my feet, I'll still stick with it on 3-5 mile runs and post run care, but I think I'll be using SN for my races from now on.
