Love the bright flavor of this green tea varietal! I was looking for something to vary the green teas which I enjoy daily from Little Red Cup, like gunpowder and eyebrow. And this one adds a wonderful variation to those great teas from this excellent, local tea company.

Love this green tea. Sitting down to drink this tea is like spending quality time with your best friend. I brew this tea in a yixing pot. Followed suggested instructions. 185 degrees for 2.5 minutes. Perfect. Recently started making natto, seasoned with yellow mustard and tamari. Flavors work well with this tea.
