Packaged well, food prepared well, easy to reheat (micro then air fryer) but i needed a better warning about the heat level in the food. It was too hot for me, so i feel like i wasted a ton of money. I purposely bought the mild in the sauces but the prepared, frozen food caught me off guard. For someone who loves extra spicy food, im sure this will be 5 star.
