If I haven’ purchased fresh to roast myself then THIS is my #1 BEST Go-To Hatch Chile! Both my parents were born & raised in New Mexico, it’s always been Hatch Chile for us!!

Wow! I was shocked when i fist tasted this at just how good this is. I e never had anything feom a jar or can that tasted this fresh. I’d have sworn they roasted it and handed it to me. Love it!
