A knife of no regrets.

An absolutely exquisite knife. It is now part of my weekly rotation. It is moving up the ranks quickly, to soon being my daily driver in the kitchen. The materials and build quality make you want to up your kitchen skills. This knife is a no regrets purchase.

Favorite knife!

I wanted a set of knives for a while and after a long search I settled on those. Very happy with the purchase. The shipping experience was not the best, but once received I can honestly say the knives are esthetically and functionally very pleasing. This is my favorite knife of the bunch. A little smaller than a chef knife but does everything that requires a smaller blade. From cutting cheese / cold cuts to working through meat, it makes an awesome job. Love it!
