replaced damaged parts

I had damaged the bike rack by backing into a tree. Two parts were bent and a plastic end cap was damaged. I struggled with a way to repair it. I looked at the Hollywood racks website and found the necessary parts quite easily, ordered them and within a week received my order. It then took about a half hour to repair the rack and it is now good as new.
