Had my doubts, but our sorghum extract makes a really good beer.

I have made two 5 gallons batches of sorghum beer for my brother who has celiac disease and both were excellent beers. Used Nugget and Cascade hops that I grow on my property

Sorghum Extract Syrup

Made a nice gluten free beer for the Mrs. It turned out like your average mass produced light beer, but that was due to the recipe, not the extract. Next time will hop it up!

Sorghum Extract Syrup
