Pilsen Briess Dry Malt Extract (DME)

good stuff

I like dealing with Midwest supplies. Nice people to deal with.

Many of my recipes call for 5lb Pilsen DME

Usually available in 4lb, 5lb was a little cheaper and what I needed. Good product. Would buy again.

So. Dry. Need. Water.

Great for beer and pretzels, but man don't try eating it by the spoon full.
