great malt

I ordered 2 x 6 lb dark malt syrup, plus some dark grains. I'm adding some grains and English hops that I already had and Darkness yeast to make my own recipe of Imperial Stout. I've made it several times and the hardest part is allowing it to age properly before imbibing.
