Amber Malt Extract Syrup - Briess

The amber malt is great.

Amber malt plus a little ale yeast, hops and water and you have some great beer. I call mine European Amber Ale. I have been making it for about 6 years now. I had to cut back on the hops from 6 tablespoons to 3 because my wife said the 6 was too much.

Great value

I always just buy the 6 pack as it’s a great value. The malt itself makes a great base and then I can experiment with different grains/hops. I have only made one batch I didn’t care for but that had nothing to do with the malt. I still drank it anyway.
