Works great fast chill down

Speedy cooldowns are awesome

I purchased the copper variety as I think the stainless version would not be as effective in cooling. I am able to drop from 220F to 95F in less than 15 minutes. This is a vast improvement in using an ice bath + straight out pitching 3lbs of ice into the hot wort.
