Recommendations

The overall taste of your product is outstanding, definitely a 5! Up until a short time ago, there were no instructions on the container. You have taken care of that issue. I believe there should be more instructions at the start to use Acid Blend, Oectic Enzyme, Yeast Nutrient, Wine Tannin, Campen Tablets and Sugar (approximately ? pounds.). Also, would it be better to wait 24 hours before placing wine yeast on top?
