My wife loves this. After the fermenting is done we put it into a carboy and she uses a wine thief to get a bottle at a time. It makes for a very quick process.

Vintner’s Best Strawberry Wine Base. Awesome!

I’ve made a few strawberry wines and this is the easiest and 2nd best I’ve ever made. I do add sugar to raise the SG for a little more alcohol and use L2226 Rhone yeast, Ferment it dry to .994-.996 SG and use Super Kleer KC to clear then add 80 ml Wine conditioner to bring just a little sweetness back and reduce tartness. Yummy!
