I was disappointed after reading the ingredients that there was so little peach juice in the kit. It is even listed behind apple and pear. It is the first time I have used a fruit kit to make wine. Plus I have to put even more sugar in it if I want it sweeter. I will have to check out the ingredients better next time. Hopefully the wine will have some peach test when I start drinking it this summer.
