I have never liked pepper - I had no use for it at all. I thought the run-of-the-pepper mill variety distracted from the flavor of the actual food. But this pepper is terrific - subtle, aromatic, engaging, enhancing. This is what pepper should do - enhance instead of overpower. Bravo, WP.
