What is that wonderful flavor?

I add Cloud Forest Cardamom into virtually all my baked goods that call for cinnamon. Used alone, or combined with other warm spices such as cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and coriander, it adds a welcome if floral scent and taste. I recently added it to Cinnamon Coffee Cake along with the aforementioned spices. I had multiple requests for the recipe due to unique flavors.
