I love Burlap and Barrel
I love all my spices from B&B. I have not yet used the Caribbean Bay leaf for which you’ve requested my review but have no doubt it will be as excellent as all the others I’ve used!

Use this unique bay leaf in everything
I am a huge fan of traditional bay leaves, even grow my own bay laurel so I have fresh leaves. The Carribean bay leaf is different... and BETTER! It's a bit more floral and sweet and I definitely can "taste" it (unlike those dry things that come in a bag from the market). I use it in meatloaf and meatballs, sauces, soups and stews. Usually I add it to the sauteed onion/mirepoix and give it a stir, and it lights up the room. It's really nice as a rub on pork or fish.

Different flavor from Turkish bay leaves. Very nice and citrusy.
