Knew I had the gene variants and needed methylated B Vitamins. I feel so much better taking Methylation Support.

The Jury is Still Out

I've been taking Methylation Support for quite a while now and I imagine that it's doing good things for me internally. However, any effects aren't felt or noticed in any way, which is why I am giving 4/5 stars. I have the MTHFR gene mutation and this seems to be a good product.
