I haven’t noticed a big difference. I take one scoop in the morning before I have anything to eat or drink. I can tell I haven’t had gassy issues as much but other than that I haven’t noticed anything else happening. I plan to continue taking this product for at least 3 months to see if any changes occur.

Good product..bad packaging

Have been using leaky gut formula for many years and have found it very helpful. Recommend it for calming digestive issues. But new packaging is not good- there is significant wastage trying to spoon product out of bag without any of it spilling on counter. Prefer old packaging much more. Please reconsider the new design.

Good product

This product is very helpful and has no taste. I have had it with water and in smoothies. The only reason it has 4 stars is because the shipping takes a long time, more than 7 days and I have had to go without a couple of times because it took closer to 10 days to receive it.
