I really like all the variation in this program and it definitely improved my snatch. I went from 85kg to 90kg in just the five week!

A complete program
I haven’t been doing much OLY for a year+ and wanted to get back into snatching, this program looked perfect. Focus on snatch but with some cleans sprinkled in. Very nice program with excellent demo videos. I’ll be repeating it at least once when I’ve done the first 5 weeks

Snatch Improvement
There are a lot of variations of snatch, some are familiar some are not. Different weight percentages helps me to being aware of technical issues and fix them.
