Love it when programs are straight up one time payment, no subscription service just spend your money and get what you paid for.

Power building 3.0
I am really enjoying the program. I’m only in week two but I appreciate the diversity of lifts as compared to traditional training. After the 12 weeks I plan on trying a different program!

Great program but too many errors in the spreadsheet
I've done 4 different programs so far from here. I love the exercise selections and they have made a bid difference for me.
But every spreadsheet has errors in calculations and consistency from week to week. It's annoying... fix the typos. :)
