Gets Results
I wanted motivation to stay in the gym and had just hit my first deadlift PB in years at 490 pounds, so close to the 500 pound goal I set ages ago. I came across this program and turned my 490 pound PB into a 555 pound PB in 3 short months thanks to the plan it laid out and the teaching week to week. I've bought several more programs and expect them all to produce results like this and help me stay motivated.

Issue downloading deadlift peaking numbers
This will be an inchoate review since I've just started your program. The diversity of exercises is varied enough to keep me interested while achieving my goal of a 500lb deadlift. And the sets themselves are not too excessive that will grind me into meal. But I can't start this dynamic training program without the numbers/equations to program my weights. Please send another file of the numbers that is PC compatible; you sent it in Mac format.
