I love this vinegar

This is the only balsamic vinegar that I used in my salads. Pair it with a good olive oil and it delicious. I also drizzle it over steamed asparagus!

Salad all star

Just reordered this in a larger size - it is a salad wonder-maker. Not too sweet. I used the recipe card on the website for the pear and gorgonzola salad - it was so simple to make and tasty. Makes restaurant quality salads at home.
