Wyeast 2565 Kolsch Yeast
The yeast packet worked well. It activated in just a few hours and I got an attenuation of about 84%. The attenuation was a little higher than expected, but within tolerances.

Have been using this yeast strain commercially since 1995. Viability and consistency never an issue.
