Kolsch

Great kit. Beer is good. Easy to brew. Ice packs with yeast were completely thawed and yeast was very warm. I was able to revive it.

Easy to brew and great clean taste

This beer is easy to brew and finishes with a great clean taste. It compares very well with many of the commercial Kolsch beers I have enjoyed. Low enough alcohol to be an easy drinking summer beer.
