I love this kit. I needed a kit thst could handle a double bstch of yeadt. This worked great. And the yeast took off withon 3 hours after i finished brewing.

So I had a pack of dry yeast for a Belgian Saison Ale recipe I had intended to brew within a day or two. Using a can of Fast Pitch with an equal amount of water in a flask, I added the yeast, gave it a few minutes of circular agitation then put it aside. Within hours the yeast was eating up the Fast Pitch, you could see the action from a few feet away. Having some free time and without the worry of non active yeast, I began brewing that day and completed my batch. Soon after pouring the activated yeast into the fermentor, it started the process and began burping the air lock. Fast Pitch is a great way to know without a doubt your yeast is hungry and feeding.
